Jeremy Lipking is one of America's most successful young representational painters. At the age of twenty-eight, he is already a mature painter with enthusiastic collectors throughout the United States. Lipking is best known for his vivid landscapes with figures and his lushly painted nudes. He has been featured in the pages of Southwest Art, American Artist, Artist's Magazine, U.S. Art, Art and Antiques and Art of the West. In 2001 Lipking was awarded the Gold Medal for "Best of Show" at the California Art Club's 91st Annual Exhibition for his painting "Shady Grove." The same painting was given the Museum Director's Award for the best small work in the exhibition. Lipking is a Signature Member of the California Art Club. He divides his time between a studio in Southern California and a family retreat in the Sierra Nevada.
